If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 7 days at info@mycolor-book.com with your order number and clear photos. We'll reprint or refund.
If your package is lost in transit, let us know if tracking hasn't moved for 10+ business days. We'll investigate and resend if confirmed lost.

How do I upload my photo for the coloring book?
Once you select your coloring book product, you’ll see an upload button on the product page. Click it to choose your photo(s) from your device. Make sure your images are clear, well-lit, and in.jpgor.pngformat. The uploaded images will be sent to us when you complete your order.
How long does it take to receive my coloring book?
For digital downloads, you’ll receive your book in 48 hours or less after checkout. For printed versions: 2-4 business days to print + shipping time
What types of photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos with good focus work best. Family portraits, children playing, pets, or outdoor scenes all convert beautifully. Avoid blurry, dark, or overly edited images for best results.
Can I make changes after the order?
Since each book is custom-made, changes aren’t possible after checkout. Please double-check your photos and shipping info before placing the order.
Is my data safe?
Yes, we use encrypted upload systems, and your photos are only used to create your coloring book. We never share or reuse your images.
